IntelliSite and Broad Sky Networks, two subsidiaries of Epic iO Technologies, have merged together. Following the business combination, the firms will operate under the Epic iO brand.
The merge is intended to provide enterprise customers and channel partners with an integrated service suite delivering streamlined connectivity and intelligent AI and IoT outcomes powered by the firm’s proprietary AI Platform, DeepInsights. The deal will combine experienced engineering, technology, and operations teams that will work to advance Epic iO’s connectivity, AI and IoT strategies.
