Intapp Inc., a provider of cloud-based software that connects professional and financial services firms, has priced of its initial public offering of 10,500,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $26.00 per share. In addition, the underwriters will have a 30-day option to purchase from Intapp up to an additional 1,575,000 shares of its common stock at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.

The shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol “INTA.”

J.P. Morgan, BofA Securities and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC are acting as lead book-running managers for the proposed offering, with Piper Sandler and Raymond James acting as joint book-running managers. Oppenheimer & Co. Inc., Stifel Nicolaus & Co. and Truist Securities are acting as co-managers for the proposed offering.
