HouseWorks Holdings LLC, a portfolio company of InTandem Capital Partners, has bought Care and Help Home Care LLC.
Founded in 2017 and headquartered in Huntingdon Valley, Pa., Care and Help offers non-medical home care primarily consisting of personal assistance services such as bathing, grooming, light housekeeping and meal preparation. The company also offers meal deliveries through its Meals on Wheels program. Care and Help has a network of over 1,650 caregivers in Pennsylvania and operates four locations throughout the greater Philadelphia area.
