Instacart, a grocery technology company, has acquired Eversight, an AI-powered pricing and promotions platform for consumer packaged goods brands and retailers.

Eversight delivers technologies made for the grocery industry and enables CPG brands and retailers to unlock optimal promotions and pricing models to create more savings opportunities. The transaction will help Instacart transform pricing strategies and promotions for its partners.
