Infinite Electronics Inc., a global supplier of electronic components serving the needs of customers through a family of brands, has purchased Cable Connectivity Group, a supplier of cables and cable connectivity services, from Torqx Capital Partners.
CCG operates across Europe with offices and facilities in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Poland, Italy and China. The company’s products and experienced team members look to add to Infinite’s portfolio and help Infinite reach customers throughout Europe with the CCG brands and Infinite’s brands. CCG’s CEO Wouter-Jan van der Wurff and CFO Derk Veraar will join the Infinite leadership team and will continue to lead the company.
