Infinite Electronics Inc., a global portfolio of in-stock connectivity service brands, has purchased Bulgin, a Cambridge, U.K.-based manufacturer of environmentally-sealed engineered services, from Equistone Partners Europe.
Founded in 1923, Bulgin designs, develops and manufactures harsh environment connectivity services for over 75,000 end-users across a range of industries. It’s products include circular connectors, switches and power-related parts, which are environmentally sealed for applications in harsh conditions such as extreme temperatures, water and humidity.
“Joining Infinite Electronics’ portfolio provides the Bulgin brand with the scale and leverage opportunities required to accelerate access into its largest market in North America,” says John Wilson, Bulgin’s CEO.
