BWG Strategy LLC, a portfolio company of Infinedi Partners LP, has acquired OTR Global, a channel research firm serving the institutional investment community.
Founded in 1995, OTR Global uses an interview-based methodology to look for market signals, find inflection points and uncover investable ideas. The company’s research staff conducts over 12,000 live interviews annually with industry customers, suppliers, vendors, distributors and executives in more than 25 countries.
