Industrial pumping services provider Industrial Flow Solutions, headquartered in New Haven, Conn., USA, has agreed to acquire Clearwater Controls Ltd., based in Glasgow, Scotland. Clearwater Controls offers a line of wastewater services, beginning with its leading deragging systems to solve specific pumping problems, to monitoring technology designed to manage entire water networks. Industrial Flow Solutions is backed by private equity firm May River Capital.
