Industrial Flow Solutions, a global fluid management services provider and portfolio company of May River Capital, has acquired Dreno Pompe, an Italian designer and manufacturer of electrical submersible pumps for wastewater applications.
Dreno provides a portfolio of pumps and accessories used across residential, civil, industrial and construction applications. The firm is recognized for its Compatta and Grix product lines for both domestic and residential wastewater needs. The firm additionally expanded its service offering with the Kappa line of construction pumps for abrasive materials.
