Incline Equity Partners, a Pittsburgh-based private equity firm that invests in manufacturing, distribution and business services companies, has partnered with Barefoot Mosquito & Pest Control, a provider of pest control services headquartered in Austin, Texas.
Barefoot boasts natural pest control treatment services and was founded in 2011 by Joseph Barclay and Jason Revill. The partnership looks to continue providing residents in and around Texas with a natural service for mosquito and pest control.
“We look forward to making investments in our marketing capabilities to expand our loyal customer base,” states Revill. “Additionally, Incline’s resources will enable us to enhance our technician recruiting and training programs to maintain our standard of service as we grow.”
