Incline Equity Partners, a Pittsburgh-based private equity firm that invests in manufacturing, distribution and business services companies, has acquired Mr. Magic Car Wash, a Pennsylvania-based car wash brand.
Mr. Magic is owned and operated by the Tiano family with five locations in the Pittsburgh area. The car wash company offers membership wash clubs, digital fast pass prepaid washes and detailing services.
