Imperial Capital, a Toronto-based middle-market private equity firm, has launched Skyline Roofing Partners, a residential services company focused on building a platform of residential roofing and exterior services brands, in partnership with Dan Reed as founding CEO.
Skyline plans to invest in its corporate infrastructure to support future growth and will deploy an acquisition-focused growth strategy. Reed was formerly the CEO of ANGI Roofing (also known as Total Home Roofing).
