Imaweb, a provider of continental European digital SaaS services has acquired FordonsData, CUSTEED, and Midrange Solutions and Services. The transaction expands Imaweb’s European footprint into the Nordics.
Imaweb is supported with funds advised by PSG, a growth equity firm. With this support, Imaweb has gone from a provider of SaaS CRM services for the automotive sector in Spain to a pan-European provider of digital, turnkey software services for car dealers and OEMs with over 9,500 dealers and 19 OEMs across Europe
FordonsData is a leading provider of software services for the automotive retail industry in Sweden, expanding the company’s geographical reach to most of western Continental Europe. CUSTEED is a next-generation customer experience and loyalty management software-as-a-service platform for the automotive industry in the French and Spanish markets. Midrange Solutions and Services is a French hosting and managed services provider for the automotive industry.
