Road Tested Parts, a value-added distributor of recycled OEM automotive parts to collision and mechanical repair shops and a portfolio company of Incline Equity Partners, has partnered with Bessler Auto Parts.
Based in Hebron, Ky. and founded in 1985, Bessler is a regional operator in the recycled parts distribution industry serving customers throughout the midwestern U.S. Led by second-generation operations John and Aaron Bessler, the company operates two full-service facilities in Massillon, Ohio and Wilder, Ky., two self-service facilities in Louisville and Hebron, Ky. and a corporate facility in Fort Mitchell, Ky. John Bessler will assume the role of senior vice president of sales and business development at RTP and Aaron Bessler will serve as vice president in corporate finance.
