IBM, a provider of hybrid cloud and AI, has acquired Dialexa, a digital product engineering services firm.

Dialexa provides digital product engineering services, aiming to help organizations create products to grow their businesses. Its team has advised and created customized digital products for clients such as Deere & Company, Pizza Hut U.S., and Toyota Motor North America. The deal looks to expand IBM’s product engineering expertise and provide end-to-end digital transformation services for clients. Dialexa will join IBM Consulting, growing IBM’s digital product engineering services in the Americas.
