Hull Street Energy has acquired a 91.7 percent interest in Crockett Cogeneration from a fund managed by BlackRock Real Assets.

The facility is located in Crockett, California and generates 240 megawatts of critical generation and reliability services in the Bay Area. The plant and its employees will be an addition to the Hull Street critical power infrastructure business unit.

Going forward, the firm will support regional reliability standards and allow for the integration of new renewable energy resources to California. Hull Street and affiliates own 53 power generation stations that provide over 1,200 megawatts of renewable, gas-fire, and dual-fired generation capacity.
