Hamilton Robinson Capital Partners LLC, a private equity firm based in Stamford, Conn., has bought Sani-Matic Inc., a designer and manufacturer of automated hygienic cleaning services, from Wing Capital Group.
Headquartered in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, Sani-Matic designs, manufactures and services automated hygienic cleaning services within the food, beverage, bio-pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and personal care end markets.
