Hunter Point Capital, an independent investment firm focused on providing capital services to alternative asset managers, has launched the firm’s GP Financing Solutions platform.
Richard Golaszweski and Stephen Swentzel, who recently joined the firm as managing directors and co-heads of GP Financing Solutions, will lead the platform’s strategy focused on expanding the suite of capital services available to investment managers. HPC plans for the GP Financing Solutions business to offer NAV-based loans and preferred equity financing services to help investment managers with long-term and strategic goals. The GP Financing Solutions platform will aim to partner with managers in creating additional value across both their portfolios and broader enterprises.
