Hunter Point Capital, an independent investment firm focused on providing capital services to alternative investment managers, has made an investment in Coller Capital, an independent investor focused on the private capital secondaries market.

The investment aims to support Coller’s growth. It looks to build on Coller’s credit secondaries business and its latest RMB fund, as well as drive the expansion of its reach in the private wealth market. All proceeds from the transaction will be reinvested into Coller funds.

Morgan Stanley & Co. International and Evercore served as joint financial advisors. Kirkland & Ellis LLP served as legal counsel to Coller. Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP served as legal counsel to HPC.
