Houlihan Lokey, a global investment bank, has appointed Jesse Nichols to the firm’s global technology group as a managing director focused on digital infrastructure.
Nichols joins the firm after his time leading communications infrastructure M&A and advisory as a managing director with Alpina Capital. He has a history of working with financial sponsors throughout the sector and boasts previous clients including AT&T and TowerCo.
