Houlihan Lokey (NYSE: HLI), a global investment bank, has appointed Geoff Wilson as managing director in the Power & Utilities Group and will focus on renewable power.

Wilson joins the firm from Whitehall & Company where he served as managing director and helped lead the establishment of the firm’s renewable energy investment banking practice. Additionally, Wilson spent 15 years at McManus & Miles as a managing director.
