HKW, a middle-market private equity firm, has recapitalized DominKnow Inc., a provider of cloud-based authoring services.
Headquartered in Ottawa, Ontario and founded in 1997, Dominknow assists enterprises with delivering e-learning content and training courses to internal and external workforces, partners, suppliers and customers. DominKnow’s software service aims to help creators make responsive content and help learning and development teams to collaborate, share, reuse and publish content.
