Highlander Partners L.P., a Dallas-based investment firm, has acquired Direct Scaffolding Supply.
Houston-based DSS is a scaffolding supplier globally. Highlander also acquired DSS-affiliated companies including GSD Logistics and DirecTank Environmental Products. DSS designs, manufactures, and sells a variety of construction products and maintains one of the largest inventories found anywhere in the world.
