Highlander Partners, a Dallas-based private investment firm with approximately $3 billion of assets under management, has acquired Black Sage Technologies, a provider of counter-unmanned aerial systems (C-UAS) and technologies, from Acorn Growth Companies.
Black Sage Technologies offers services to defend against unmanned aerial system threats in both military and commercial environments. The sale to Highlander represents a strategic opportunity for continued growth and expansion.
