Carnegie, a higher education marketing and enrollment strategy company and a portfolio company of New Heritage Capital, has purchased Clarus Corp., a provider of community college marketing.

Clarus helps community colleges through digital marketing, research and branding services. With this deal, the two companies look to be better positioned to serve community colleges and their constituents, promoting education and connecting students with educational opportunities.
