Health Technologies Inc., a provider of online menu and software programs, registered dietitian consulting and training services, has bought EZ Nutrition Counseling.
EZ Nutrition Counseling is a provider of registered dietitians and certified dietary manager consulting for senior living communities and critical access hospitals in the mid-west. This is the second investment HTI has made since receiving an investment from Evolution Capital Partners, a small-business private equity firm.
