Tech24, a provider of repair and maintenance services for food service and commercial HVAC equipment and a portfolio company of HCI Equity Partners, has bought Commercial Kitchen Repairs.
Based in Quakertown, Pa., CKR offers repair services, maintenance and installation for commercial cooking equipment in restaurants, schools, hospitals and grocery stores in the greater Philadelphia and Lehigh Valley area as well as southwest New Jersey. The deal grows Tech24’s technician workforce and customer base.
