Fortis Solutions Group LLC, a provider of printed packaging services and a portfolio company of Harvest Partners LP, has acquired Cinton Inc. (doing business as West Coast Labels), a digital and flexographic printer of labels.
West Coast Labels is based in Placentia, Calif. and serves the food and beverage, health and beauty, nutraceutical, wine and spirits, produce and industrial end markets. Fortis works to continue to pursue acquisitions to further its product offerings and expand its locations to better serve its customer base.
