Dental Care Alliance, a dental support organization in the U.S. and a portfolio company of Harvest Partners, has bought Austell Dental Associates, a family general dentistry practice based in Austell, Ga.
Austell Dental Associates is owned and operated by Richard Gardner and his team. The dentistry practice offers dental care services including endodontic and periodontic care. It has served the Austell community for over 40 years.
