Rockit Pest, a pest control company founded by Halle Capital in 2021, has acquired Petri Pest Control Services Inc.
Petri is a provider of pest control services in Broward and Palm Beach counties in Florida. It was founded by Hank Petri in 1956 and operated for three generations of his family for over 60 years.
“Petri provides an outstanding platform for us in southeast Florida upon which to build a much larger presence in the region,” says Ryan Bradbury, CEO of Rockit Pest.
