GyanSys Inc., a services integrator based out of Indiana, has acquired SouthEnd Group Corp., a privately held firm with operations and deliver centers in Argentina and Brazil.
The deal is meant to expand GyanSys’ geographic footprint to meed global demands while also extending the firm’s suite of sourcing and procurement advisory services and go-to-market partnership with SAP. SouthEnd is an SAP Gold partner and delivers specialized SAP Ariba consulting and application support services.
