GTI Transport Solutions, a Novacap-backed company, has purchased Foxconn Logistics, a brokerage company.
GTI Transport Solutions focuses on transportation services including managed transportation, contract brokerage, specialty storage, and freight forwarding. Foxconn Logistics is a non-asset contract brokerage specialized in container management and drayage within intermodal logistics. The firm specializes in container management and drayage that supports the movement of ocean, rail, and road freight transportation to Canada and Mexico.
