GSCM Group, supported by Equistone, has acquired Deltamod, a specialist in the reuse of modular buildings.
Deltamod reconditions and sells modular buildings as second hand. The firm has expertise in the dismantling, transportation, reinstallation and recovery of old modular buildings.
With the deal, GCSM strengthens its position in the dynamic modular market through the addition of complementary services brought by Deltamod. The purchase expands the firm’s range of sustainable services.
