Gryphon Investors has acquired Vision Innovation, a provider of ophthalmology and optometry services, from Centre Partners.
Vision Innovation is based in Annapolis, Maryland, and provides eye care services throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Since receiving its investment from Centre Partners, the firm has expanded from a local practice to a multi-state platform serving 140 providers across 63 clinic locations and 11 ambulatory surgery centers.
