Ed’s Supply, an HVAC/R distributor and portfolio company of Gryphon Investors, has acquired Controlled Temp Supply, a wholesale distributor providing HVAC/R equipment, parts, supplies, and customer services.
As a result of the transaction, CTS will rebrand under Ed’s Supply name and will operate as a division of Heritage Distribution Holdings, a portfolio company of Gryphon Investors. The deal makes the fourth acquisition completed by HDH since its ownership by Gryphon.
