Group 1 Automotive, an automotive retailer, has bought three dealerships and a collision center in Shreveport, Louisiana.
This deal adds to Group 1’s Shreveport portfolio of two franchises that represent the Ford and Lincoln brands.
“We welcome the Shreveport teams at Mercedes-Benz, Jaguar-Land Rover and Volvo Cars to the Group 1 family, and we are pleased to expand our brand footprint and scale our Shreveport operations,” said Daryl Kenningham, Group 1’s president of U.S. operations.
