Graybar, a Fortune 500 corporation and a supply chain management services company, has bought CX Connexion, an electrical equipment and supply company serving the midwestern U.S.
CX Connexion supplies electrical products within the Chicago metropolitan area. Based in Buffalo Grove ,Ill., the company’s focus is on electrical distribution, lighting design and lighting services. Mesirow, a financial services firm, acted as financial advisor to CX Connexion in this deal.
