Grafton Capital, a growth investor in European technology companies, has hired Simon Rowan as a partner.

Rowan joins Grafton Capital from Dunedin LLP, where he was a partner and member of the investment committee which oversaw the Dunedin Buyout Fund III, which was focused on tech-enabled businesses.

Rowan said, “I have long admired Grafton Capital’s differentiated approach to growth capital investing, and am excited to join their impressive team. Grafton Capital has earned a strong reputation amongst the tech founders it partners with, and I am looking forward to playing my part in the next phase of Grafton Capital’s own growth.”

Ed Barroll Brown, managing partner of Grafton Capital, said, “We’re delighted to welcome Simon to Grafton Capital. He brings an outstanding personal investment track record, as well as an excellent reputation, having played an important role in Dunedin’s successful Fund III.”
