Gordon Brothers, a global advisory, restructuring, and investment firm, has bought ORSAY brand, archives, trademarks, and related IP, from Orsay GmbH. As part of the deal, the firm has partnered with Scayle to continue growth within in the franchise.
The deal will allow Gordon Brothers to expand its omnichannel women’s fashion brand by developing new apparel, footwear, and accessories while still maintaining its brand identity. The partnership with Scayle is intended to provide e-commerce software to extend the brand’s reach across Europe.
