Goldman Sachs Group Inc. banker Kathy Elsesser is exiting the Wall Street firm after an over 30-year run.

Elsesser was the chair of the consumer retail and healthcare banking group. She joined the firm in 1989 after graduating from Boston College while applying to law schools, but stayed with the firm for the rest of her career. She was also a driving force behind the firm winning the mandate for Lululemon‘s 2007 IPO, showing up with a team wearing the activewear retailer’s gear.
