Godspeed Capital Management LP, a lower middle-market defense & government services and technology focused private equity firm, has acquired Savli Group Inc., a professional services company.
Savli Group is a professional services firm offering ServiceNow software and information technology services for mission-oriented federal agencies like the U.S. Defense and Intelligence communities. Following the deal, the firm will join Godspeed’s new cyber and technology service platform holding company that provides services to combat cybersecurity and intelligence threats.
