SilverEdge Government Solutions, a cybersecurity, software and intelligence services company serving the U.S. defense and intelligence communities and backed by Godspeed Capital Management, has acquired QVine LLC, a provider of agile software development, cloud services and software-as-a-service to U.S. intelligence agencies.

QVine offers DevOps engineering, SysOps administration and SaaS solutions to the U.S. intelligence community customers, with a focus on artificial intelligence and machine learning, data visualization, open-source collection and analysis and cross-domain services. Through its software development service, Soar, QVine offers customers a service model and a technology service through the development and delivery of customized software applications. The Soar software and technology development service look to expand SilverEdge’s depth and breadth of product and capability to customers in the intelligence community.
