Huckabee Architects, an architecture, engineering, and consulting services growth platform and portfolio company of Godspeed Capital Management LP has acquired Rachlin Partners LLC.
Rachlin is a fully integrated architecture, planning, program management, and construction management firm concentrated on education and government facilities across California. the firm provides a client-centered approach to planning, designing, and constructing public architecture. The deal will advance Huckabee’s platform through value-added delivery and enhanced technology-driven design and engineering services. Additionally, Rachlin expands Huckabees geographic reach into California.
