Glory Global Solutions Inc., a provider of cash technology services, has made an offer to purchase Revolution Retail Systems LLC.
Revolution is a designer of cash management services for the broad retail marketplace. The firm focuses its operations within hotels, universities, big box retail, grocery, casinos, airports and truck stops around the world.
The combined portfolio of cash automation products will form one of the largest and most diverse service portfolios in the industry.
