GID Industrial, a privately held, vertically-integrated real estate firm, has acquired two industrial portfolios totaling 1.39 million square feet from Link Logistics.
The two portfolios are located in the I-95 Baltimore-Washington Corridor and North Las Vegas areas. The portfolios total 14 buildings which represents growth for the firm’s portfolio and aligns with its strategy to acquire, develop, and manage light industrial assets in high barrier to entry locations.
Specifically, the Baltimore-Washington corridor portfolio comprises 9 buildings totaling over 950,000 thousand square feet. The North Las Vegas portfolio, Nellis Industrial Park, represents a portfolio of five buildings at over 430,000 square feet.
