GID, a privately-held real estate investment firm, has acquired Elan Doral, a newly-build apartment community in the Miami Doral neighborhood.
The community is a 385-unit property managed by GID’s property management company, Windsor Communities. Going forward, the community will be rebranded to Céntrico. The property is located in downtown Doral and offers access to top charter schools, the University of Miami Health System, and shopping, dining, and entertainment.
The property’s one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments include smart home technology, a terrace or balcony, and a gourmet kitchen. Amenities include heated swimming pools, poolside cabanas, a fitness center, a business center and a theater.
