GI Partners, a private alternatives investment firm, has purchased 43915 Devin Shafron Drive in Ashburn, Va. as part of its strategy of acquiring and managing technology-enabled real estate.

The property is located in a 98-acre campus that is managed by a data center operator. It is 100 percent leased to two tenants and has been maintened since initial construction in 2010. The property offers 9 MW of power and has the ability to expand in the future. The facility provides electrical and mechanical improvements and multiple connectivity options through the adjacent campus.
