Valet Living, a residential amenities provider to the multifamily housing industry and a portfolio company of GI Partners, has partnered with BH Management Services, a National Multifamily Housing Council property management group.
The partnership includes amenities and services such as Valet Living Doorstep, Torch Fitness and Quick Turns, among others. Valet Living Doorstep, a waste and recycling collection amenity, and Torch Fitness, on-site group fitness classes, look to drive residents’ on-property lifestyle.
