GenServe, an independent provider of scheduled and emergency power services and portfolio company of GenNx360, has acquired OK Generators.
GenServe provides power generator maintenance, repair, and sales across the North Atlantic region. OK Generators delivers maintenance and repair services to generators and backup power services. The firm additionally provides generator and related equipment sales and rentals. OKG serves a spectrum of Florida clients across municipal and commercial end markets.
