ITSavvy LLC, a technology services provider and a portfolio company of GenNx360 Capital Partners, has bought INOC LLC.
INOC is headquartered in Northbrook, Ill. and offers outsourced network operations center (NOC) support and NOC operations consulting. Founded in 2000, INOC is focused on infrastructure support through NOC services designed to meet the ends of its clients technology environments and operational workflows. Additionally, INOC is a managed service provider for several network OEMs.
